Sitting on the shores of Lake Dunlap under large cypress trees you’ll find your Hill Country getaway. Step inside this beautiful home where you’ll be greeted by modern art and decor and sweeping Guadalupe River views. To the left of the entryway, you’ll find the first two bedrooms. To your left, you’ll find the first bedroom that offers a cozy queen-sized bed, gorgeous tall ceilings, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV located above the dresser, and a closet providing plenty of storage space.
Outside of the bedroom and to your left, you’ll come across two doors in the hallway. Behind the first door, you’ll find a closet for additional space. The second door is where you’ll find the washroom complete with a full washer and dryer. Straight ahead is where you’ll find the second bedroom complete with two twin beds and a spacious closet. Just outside of the second bedroom is where you’ll find the first bathroom complete with a tub and shower combo.
Head back down the hall and over to the rest of the home where the luxury continues. The first door to the right of the entryway leads to the large garage. Around the corner of the living area is where you’ll find the master bedroom and dare we say, you’ll be in for a treat! The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, situated in front of a mounted flat-screen TV and fireplace. To the left of the bed is a bathroom that has to be seen to be believed. The master bathroom offers a vanity with dual sinks and plenty of counter space. Straight ahead is where you’ll find a walk-in closet. Next to the closet is where you’ll find serenity in the form of a gorgeous bathtub inside of a large shower. More than just a shower, it’s its very own room!
