Upon entering the home you’ll find a cozy entertaining area that features two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, a card table, and direct access to one of the home's best features: the pool! Head through the short hallway and out the backdoor where you’ll find yourself on the deck that overlooks a beautiful resort-like pool. To the left of the pool, you’ll find a pavilion that houses a large grill and plenty of seating making it the perfect spot to end a perfect day in the Texas Hill Country.
Back inside on the lower level is where you’ll find 4 of the 5 bedrooms. From the front door, head to the right where you’ll find the first full bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo. Just past the bathroom, you’ll find the first bedroom which includes a king-sized bed and ample closet space. Down the hall and around the corner you’ll find bedroom #2 with a queen-sized bed and a beautiful view of the pool area.
Past the stairs and entertainment area is where you’ll find 2 more bedrooms complete with a jack-and-jill bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom includes a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom features 1 queen-sized bed, 1 full-sized bed, and an HDTV.
It continues to go up (literally) from here! The second story is where you’ll find the main part of the home.
