Welcome to Bohemian Hill, your new home away from home on the banks of the beautiful Guadalupe River!
Bohemian Hill offers your group the chance to get away from it all, while still being conveniently close to many local hotspots and points of interest. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests between the two bedrooms in the main house and the guest house. The cozy living area offers an HDTV, comfortable seating, and a view of the river, as does the equipped kitchen, stocked with all cooking and dining essentials for your vacation meal. (The fireplace cannot be used). That said, you're sure to spend most of your time enjoying the large deck space overlooking the river, complete with ample seating space and a charcoal grill. The steps and additional waterfront deck make it easy to slip into the cool waters of the Guadalupe River. You'll also see some of the largest, oldest, and shadiest cypress trees around, thanks to their steady supply of river water.
Bohemian Hill is within walking distance of local river outfitters, and a short drive away from the following (and so much more!):
Whitewater Amphitheater- 4 miles; River Road Ice House- 9 miles; Gruene Hall- 12 miles; Wurstfest- 13 miles; Schlitterbahn Waterpark- 14 miles
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
