This was the perfect family getaway home! The living area, dining area, kitchen and backyard are the perfect, spacious areas for gathering! We never felt crowded, yet always felt close to one another! We absolutely loved it. The kids loved the rollaway beds and the pool table! The location to Gruene Hall and Texas Tubes was also so convenient. The kiddos also loved all the wildlife included dozens of deer! The patio area overlooking the Guadalupe made a perfect reading spot for grandpa and grandma :) thank you for a fabulous stay!

House was perfect for our group of 6. It could easily accommodate more. Beds were all pretty comfortable compared to many rentals we've stayed in. Nice open Floorplan and nicely decorated. Outdoor area is nice and river views are nice. I would rent this house again. Great location for Gruene and New Braunfels attractions.

This house was an excellent location for heading to a concert at Gruene Hall as well as shopping on the square in New Braunfels! The back yard was fantastic for drinking your coffee and enjoying the views and sounds of the River! We plan to come back!!

Marvelous home close to the wonderful historic district of Gruene. Kitchen, dining and living are open to each other and allow for great meals, games and socializing. Pool table is great fun on hot or rainy days. Backyard deck has a fabulous view above the river. Quiet, serene country street. Only a 5 minute drive to river access, shopping, eating, coffee and nightlife!

We loved this property! My husband and I took one of our sons and four of his friends to Gruene before they all head to college in a few weeks. The house was perfect! There was plenty room, and it was well equipped with everything we needed, including games and a pool table. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the Guadalupe River stream over the rocks. It was serene, peaceful, and relaxing. The location was great. It was close to downtown Gruene and New Braunfels. Groceries, drugstores, and plenty restaurants are very close by.!We had a little snafu with check-in, but the management company handled it very well. We will definitely stay here again! We had a great time at this house! Extremely short drive to downtown gruene and to floating the river. We had four couples that were stayed in this house and the accommodations were perfect! The house was clean, and provided all the things we needed. Customer service at Skyrun is great, the check in and checkout process were easy!

Delightful stay overlooking Guadalupe River. The deck overlooking the river was the best spot on the property for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and early evening sunset. Inside the home was very pleasant with many lovely pieces of artwork enhancing the walls. The living room had a very comfortable half circle couch with built in reclining seats for TV viewing. The house sleeps 10 but we only found silverware with 4 dinner forks. The kitchen table was oblong with bench seating which was hard and uncomfortable. We are card players and spent evenings seated on those uncomfortable benches. Our recommendation is a big round table with comfy chairs with backs seating 8-10 people. The smallest bedroom should have a small night table with a reading lamp. The biggest problem was it takes several minutes for the hot water to heat--- several minutes! The management company was very responsive to concerns and issues-- such as TV not working in upstairs suite and hot water problem. Overall a beautiful home, a relaxing stay and a semi-well stocked kitchen. Lots of glasses!!! The location is just minutes away from Downtown Gruene and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Staying at this location was amazing! It was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with enough cookware, cups, plates. The bar was an extra awesome touch. Each room was clean and cozy. The best part was the deck out in the back yard. Communication was also easy and fast through text. Definitely recommend staying here, specially if its a big group of people.

If you're looking for a large space for a group of people close to the river and easy access to float, this is a great place to stay. Home is large enough to sleep 12 easily, overlooks the Guadalupe and Rockin R' Tubes is a 3 minute uber ride from the property. We would have walked it but it was far too hot. Home was clean when we arrived, beds were very comfortable, the hosts responded quickly to any requests sent. Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here. Made for a great weekend away.

The property was beautiful! We did have a few issues, though. The hot water in all bathrooms but the master didnt work, the WiFi didnt work, and the freezer didnt get cold enough to keep our food frozen. The communication was great and the location was perfect!

Each year our motorcycle riding group takes advantage of fall weather riding in the hill country. We got a late start on accommodations, but soon realized we were very lucky this place was available. As advertised. Great location and easy access to activities. You will love it!- spacious kitchen to cook for large family. Refrigerator is huge. Kitchen is well stocked. Keurig in kitchen but would of been nice to know before hand. I purchased ground coffee. They also have regular coffee maker in kitchen but doesnt work well. Took over an hour to brew pot of coffee. Take your K-Cups! surprised to have bathroom showers stocked with shampoos, etc. Nice addition.

Great house! Perfect layout for larger groups and multi-generations. The open common area was perfect, with the privacy of bedrooms spread out. Love the deck overhanging the river. We spent a few nights on the deck at sunset enjoying the view, listening to the birds and watching turtles in the river. Nice location, close enough to Gruene and other attractions but not too close if you value quiet privacy. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the home and the memories. Had no hand towels or wash cloths and only enough full towels for one per person for our stay. No Kleenex and bathrooms were not restocked of toilet paper. But we absolutely vote for staying here again! Its a great home, view and location!

The home was nice and comfortable. The home is situated on a lot to provide a decent amount of privacy and tranquility, with neighbor homes visible but far enough away. Relaxing and pretty. The management and readiness of the home could be improved a bit. Limited toilet paper and towels. We only had 8 guests, so if there were more, you'd not have enough of these items. Coffee maker definitely needs to be upgraded... low end model that takes a long time to create a single pot. We did have a leak in a downstairs toilet, leaking water from behind the toilet on the floor. When contacted the management company said to "turn off the water to the toilet". There are only 2 toilets to serve the downstairs - the master and the second one which serves the communal living areas and the 2 downstairs bedrooms which sleep 4. Turning it off and being without a toilet for a weekend is not a viable option The leak wasn't bad enough to be a huge issue but felt the solution could have been better handled. Overall a pretty and quiet home, with a nice kitchen and layout.

We want our guests to take full advantage of all the amenities while enjoying their vacation, which includes every inch of the living space! We were disappointed to discover that you and your guests didnt realize that there are actually 3 bathroom facilities on the main floor available for your use. A half bath is also located on the main floor, and not adjoined to any of the bedrooms. We do ask that if a guest claims that a home is experiencing a plumbing leak, that the source of water be shut off to avoid damage to the home. Luckily, our maintenance team wasnt ever able to locate a leak, and weve had numerous guests since that havent reported a leak either, which is very good news! Were sorry you felt a shortage on any necessity during your stay. Were just a phone call away, and we encourage our guests to let us know what they need, so we can direct them to where additional supplies are stored. Everything you need is onsite, but not necessarily kept out in open sight! :-)Were so glad you found the home peaceful. Its located in a premiere location that our guests really seem to enjoy!

Great house - open floor-plan, spacious, stylish, clean, and a spectacular view. Took full advantage of the kitchen space and rockin BBQ setup out back. Great location as well, close to plenty of things to do and eat, but quiet enough to where if you just want to sit out back and listen to the rapids or play billiards all night, you can.

I stayed here with a few other ladies for a women's retreat and we had the most lovely time! The home was beautiful and the atmosphere was SO relaxing. Each lady had their own space to sleep and no one was crowded. Even in August, we could not have asked for better weather. We will absolutley look to come back very soon!

Great house, view, and location

We were a party of 10 in town for a family reunion and floating the river. The house was perfect for our group - large, well laid out, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the river and appreciated the convenient walk/drive into Gruene. Accessing the house was easy, the check-in directions were easy to follow, and the large driveway was perfect for the four rental cars our larger group needed to park. The house was very clean and inviting upon arrival.

We love all the space and access to river. Unfortunately not much water this year. The 100 steps to the river is a bit much unless you need or like the exercise! The location of the house is nice, close to Gruene and city of New Braunfels.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect and quiet but close to all of the fun things to see in Gruene. The pool table kept the family entertained the entire time!

The house was spacious and well equipped with all we needed. We had only wished we could have turned on a fire to enjoy while we sat outside but it was against the rules. We will definitely go back!

We love this river home! We returned for a second visit in 2017 and have a third visit planned this year. The house is roomy, clean, and comfortable even with a large group. The location is perfect, as we love being near Gruene, the outlet mall, and the Texas Hill Country. The deck overlooking the river is my favorite space. What a view! Listening the water below is such a great way to end each day. We will be back.

Beautiful views of the Guadalupe River. You can hear the water running from the deck. The perfect setting for any kind of get together. The house was spacious and plenty of room for 12 adults. If we are ever in this area again I would definitely choose this property.

We had a wonderful stay last week! The house was perfect size for our group. When walking in we were pleased to see how clean and nice it was. Every detail of decor around the house gave us a warm welcome. The stock pile in laundry room saved us a few trips to the store. The deer on property really highlighted our stay. We dont see deer often where we live so it was exciting. The river access was great although we went when water was too cold to get in. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you!

Clean and comfortable home right on the Guadalupe river. Beautiful view and lots of deer roaming the property. Quiet and relaxing, but close enough to the activity of Gruene to stay busy! Loved my stay - can't wait to go back!
