Canyon Cove was just perfect for our first trip of the year! This place had plenty of room for our family of 8, seating for 8 at the dining table and a spot for each of us in the living room. Beautiful Lake Front Home

The home was welcoming and beautiful, lake front and hot tub a major plus. We only used 2 of the large 4 beautiful bedrooms. It was a great long weekend with beautiful weather. Beautiful colorful sunsets from the back porch every night, another major plus. Wished we used the big fire pit but Mother Nature decided to have 20+ howling winds that night. Property is great and we had a fun time playing basketball with kids as well house had lots for us to remain entertained.

We have rented many times for various vacations. This is one of the best rental! It is lake view property, with large property, hot tub, barbecue, and fire pit! 4 bedrooms with comfortable bed and bedding, extra blanket, towel for bath and Hot tub. The lake is a bit low but you can still enjoy the view and access the lake. Marina and shops are close by. Beautiful location, lots to do, horseback riding, many trails to Hike, lake activity, a few solid dining places (get reservations and except wait). The company was very responsive even with questions during our stay over weekend day! The kitchen is well stocked, the place was pretty clean, we may be back! Great to share for 2 family with kids! Our tennis and her friend has a blast! Be sure to pack game board nice long dining table to play!

The Perfect Family Vacation Home

This was by far the best vacation home we have stayed at in the Texas Hill Country, specifically Canyon Lake area. Perfect for multiple families, plenty of room to hang out, cook and or grill; play games inside and out; great fire pit; and a very short walk to lakes edge. The view was gorgeous. Management was great and responded very quickly to our questions. The house is beautiful with new furnishings. It was clean, decorated cute and very comfortable. They thought of every detail. The kitchen has nice pots, pans, appliances, really just about anything you'd need. We highly recommend.

The house and property were perfect for what we needed. Even though you could not get in the lake because it was so low, it was still a perfect place to gather the family and enjoy time together.

Middle School Administrative Team Retreat at Canyon Lake

Myself and my team of 6 other administrators stayed at this lakeside home for a few days in mid July. Everything was super clean and ready for use. Great AC, very comfortable furniture, great appliances. We definitely made use of the grill, basketball hoop and cornhole set! Thanks for a great time.

A great weekend with friends!

The house, property, and view were all beyond amazing. The home was stocked with essentials plus a little extra and was very clean and well maintained. We were hoping the water was going to be a bit more swimmable but with the grass/seaweed, it wasn’t. We didn’t let this deter us and we ended up floating the River 20 mins away. This weekend was exactly what us and our friends needed! We will be back!

The property was lovely, the scenery, the waterfront, hot tub and bonfire were all AMAZING. The rooms were tidy and clean, spacious and comfortable. The newly renovated house was cozy and the vibes were cute! I didn’t want to leave!! Great and beautiful home! Very peaceful. Wish we had brought our bathing suits to enjoy the hot tub. Do bring your own ground coffee & filters if you're staying more than 2 days. Loved that the house was decorated for the holidays. Would definitely return here again. Perfect for our group of 6.

Large Lake House, Immaculately Kept, with Stunning Views

The Canyon Cove property is a large, clean and modern lake house that has everything you need for a fun family or group vacation. Large, well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, and fantastic views of Canyon Lake with a western view providing stunning sunsets. Nice patios upstairs and downstairs, a large grill and big garage and driveway with a basketball court along with a nice lake shoreline provide everything you need to have a great time. An outdoor sitting area with a firepit to view the stars at night provides great after-dinner fun. We loved the place and will be going back on a regular basis with our family.

Cozy, comfy home with a beautiful view...

Our 5 girlfriend group takes a trip each year and we voted your house as one of the best in which we have stayed. So clean and fresh, plenty of bedrooms, amazingly comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, modern conveniences, and views to die for. Kitchen is upgraded and wonderful - would recommend a few more cooking utensils and utility mixing bows, but we cooked a lot, so we're "needy" for cooking stuff. LOL. Most beautiful sunset we've been able to enjoy each night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful four bedroom home on Canyon Lake. Quiet neighborhood. Large living area and kitchen. Enjoyed the upper deck watching the sunset. Not too far from Austin and San Antonio. Lots of deer and birds in the area. The lake is beautiful! Highly recommend!

This house is so cute and on the perfect lot! The view is gorgeous and we loved having coffee on the upstairs balcony! We used the fire pit at night and got in the water during the day. Would stay again :)

Quiet Getaway

An amazing experience on a great property. The house has been completely renovated with a welcoming layout that includes lake sunset views from both floors. There is no traffic or noise, so we were able to fully relax, swim in the lake, have a campfire, bbq, and spend time together without interruption. I wish we could stay permanently.

Property was exactly as listed. Sunsets were amazing! The deer watching was plentiful. Beds and furniture were comfy. The only thing that caught us a little off guard was that the upstairs balcony was only accessible through the second king bed bedroom. That wasn't ideal for us but not something we couldn't adjust too. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Canyon Lake retreat

Beautiful home and a gorgeous piece of property! House very nicely decorated, spacious, open concept with a fully equipped kitchen. Amazing views of the lake from covered upstairs patio and huge shaded outdoor deck. Very easy access to the lake and plenty of yard for volleyball, horseshoes and corn hole. Also easy access to grocery store and restaurants if you choose to go out. We will be back!

Amazing property!

This property is an absolute dream! The home was perfectly decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our weekend getaway! We woke up to the deer in the backyard and fell asleep after watching the most incredible sunset over Canyon Lake from the covered porch upstairs! We will 100% be visiting again soon!!!!
